- Continuity of Care-we understand how important it is to have the same caregiver, therefore we assure this is our main goal to provide same caregiver dedicated to your needs.
- Care Standards-we promise to enable you with choice, dignity, independence, partnership, privacy, respect, rights, safety, equality and inclusion, and confidentiality.
- Flexibility of service – we employ caregivers to provide more personalised care at your home, and housekeepers to provide home help on a daily-weekly or monthly basis
- Assistance/Advice We are on call 24 hours 365 days per year.
- We review and assess your requirements on a daily basis and all information is relayed back to our care practice manager and daily updates to the service user or her/his representative.
- Assurance of information being shared -we ensure that the important people to you are notified You are the most important service user, and as such you are involved in all decision-making process and information sharing as agreed to allocated representatives and or your medical practice updates.
- Caregivers are all qualified and experienced in Caregiving best practices and are trained and certified as being competent to provide unsupervised assistance with all activities of daily living (ADL)
- All our Caregivers and Housekeepers are trained in-house and debriefed prior to ANY placement . Staff are kept up-to-date with ongoing training, feedback, staff meetings to ensure compliance with best practices.
- Clients feedback- our practice manager will be conducting regular client feedback surveys to ensure our service and staff are doing what we promise and managing your expectations.
- We offer you a bespoke discerning service for families in a private capacity in order to tailor-make the best caregiving service to suit your needs.
